As a visual artist, I live and work in Oldenburg, Germany. My work revolves around the theme of space—as a place, as a form, and as a framework for perception and thought.
I started out as a stage designer in theater and initially focused on space as part of a narrative. Over time, my interest shifted from the narrative to the space itself: its effect, its mood, its independence.
I have collaborated on theater and dance projects that focused on the relationship between people and space. With my artist group BOSMOS, I developed performances that combined light and sound with objects and space.
Today, my work focuses on plastic works that lie between sculpture and image. In these, space remains the central theme: starting point, thought, fragment, and silent protagonist in dialogue with the audience.
